Dodgers’ Diaz to Undergo Elbow Surgery, Out Three Months

Edwin Díaz will undergo elbow surgery to remove loose bodies and is expected to miss roughly three months, the Dodgers said on Monday.

Los Angeles will perform the procedure at the Kerlan‑Jobe Orthopedic Clinic on Wednesday, with Díaz projected back only in the second half of the season. He was placed on the 15‑day injured list and the club recalled left‑hander Jake Elder from Triple‑A Oklahoma City. xsportfeed.life
