Jets' first-round tight end Kenyon Sadiq underwent minor hernia surgery and is expected to be ready for training camp.

New York Jets tight end Kenyon Sadiq had a minor procedure to repair a hernia, head coach Aaron Glenn announced Thursday. Despite the surgery, the No. 16 overall pick in the 2026 draft is expected to be fully recovered for training camp. tbzikra.com

The Jets were aware of Sadiq's condition before selecting him in the first round. He joins fellow first-round picks David Bailey (No. 2) and Omar Cooper Jr. (No. 30) as part of the team's 2026 draft class.
