Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to terms on a four-year contract extension with tight end Darnell Washington, worth $42 million with $21 million guaranteed.

Washington, a third-round pick in 2023, has shown steady improvement, catching 31 passes for 364 yards and a touchdown in 2025 after 19 receptions for 200 yards and a score in 2024. As a rookie, he had only seven catches for 61 yards but played primarily as a blocker. newsindata.org
